The property was reasonably clean. Stuff was really helpful and competent.- Magnificent and easy location - just a walk down to everywhere we needed.

Loved the way our spotless and updated twin room with all necessary facilities was arranged. The staff were friendly and excellent too.

The hotel has an excellent location near a scenic river, a shopping mall, and a variety of affordable restaurants. There are plenty of dining choices within a short distance of the hotel.

Good location from which to explore the city and area Chateaus.

No vending machine for snacks, pop or water. No tourist area maps or brochures available. 9 Euros for breakfast a bit expensive compared to other places.

Accommodation was convenient and impeccably clean, rooms were good-sized and airy. The staff was very amiable and competent, always on hand when needed. The restaurant was good for breakfast and evening meal here, I had amazing dishes. Included an electronic key card, a work desk and coffee/tea makers, and the bed was comfy.

The spacious room with all the essential amenities was delightful.

I would like to say that it would be a good idea to have more sound proofing, not everyone sleeps well. The noise of chairs being moved and drawers being shut is not good to hear. Why not put felt feet on the legs of chairs- and even have a section of the hotel that is a quiet area. thank you

The staff were very helpful and understanding. I booked by internet and unfortunately they only had a booking for one room. I booked and had confirmation for three rooms. Hotel ok for an overnight stay. The food was very good.

The hotel is not that easy to find if you don't have a satnav. The rooms were clean and tidy but a bit dated. Seemed to be understaffed with only one (very helpful) person trying to do everything at the check- in/out desk.

A spacious air conditioned room with tea/coffee making facilities. A reasonable restaurant attached to the hotel. Ease of access to the auto route with reasonably secure parking.

The staff here were incredibly friendly and polite, our twin room was practical with an excellent shower, and everything was good for the price of £56.

Leaving was the best bit. It was over-priced and offered nothing.

The room was small, cramped and airless, smokers frequenting balcony outside rooms made non-smoking rooms a joke. Noisy. Fan in bathroom didn't work.
